Redwood County Court news for the week of Jan. 29

Mackenzie Amsden was convicted of Criminal Damage to Property in the First Degree for an offense that occurred on November 23, 2017 and was sentenced to three years supervised probation, to serve 5 days in jail, to complete 80 hours of sentence to serve, pay restitution, pay $100 fee and surcharges and follow all conditions of probation.

James Donald Callender was convicted of Controlled Substance Crime in the Fifth Degree for an offense that occurred on September 26, 2017 and was sentenced to three years supervised probation, to obtain a chemical use assessment and follow recommendations, to serve 96 days in jail, $300 fine plus fees and surcharges and follow all felony conditions of probation.

James Donald Callender was convicted of Check Forgery for an offense that occurred on November 6, 2017 and was sentenced to three years supervised probation, to serve 77 days in jail, pay restitution, follow all conditions of probation.

Michael Shane Clemon was convicted of Controlled Substance Crime in the Fourth Degree for an offense that occurred on May 29, 2017 and was sentenced to four years supervised probation, to obtain a chemical use assessment and follow recommendations, to serve 133 days in jail, $400 fine plus fees and surcharges and follow all felony conditions of probation.
